The cast also includes Michael Clarke Duncan, C. Thomas Howell and Tom Sizemore.

When small-town sheriff Jim Taylor (Holt Boggs) suspects that the legend of the Sasquatch might not be a legend after all, he teams up with Mafioso Zeke (Howell) to hunt the creature that has baffled scientists for years. As they get closer to the truth the pair realise that they are not just hunting one animal but that they are up against an entire army.

Thunder Levin directs this zombie gore-fest in which a group of survivors try to flee Los Angeles. After a series of unusual solar flares transforms LA's massed street gangs into hordes of flesh-seeking zombies, a disparate bunch of survivors realise their only chance to try to make it out of the city alive is by joining forces and getting their hands on every last piece of firepower they can find.
